Merrimack County enlisted the help of All Star Talent to recruit for multiple open positions including; Corrections Officer (CO), Bailiff, Communications Specialist, Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA), and Medication Nursing Assistants. All Star Talent created a lead generating campaign along with an automated follow up system that drove potential candidates to not only apply to their desired position, but follow through during the entire hiring process. Merrimack County also opted to drive their potential candidates to Virtual Recruiting Events. Depending on the position the candidate was interested in, they had the opportunity to attend a Virtual Recruiting Event to gather more information about the organization and the position.
