What You Will Do

As a Webflow/Graphic Designer Consultant (intern), you balance a passion for big-picture systemic thinking with a keen eye for details. In this role, you’ll primarily use the Webflow platform as your primary tools in designing websites and creating systems driven by functional excellence and high-caliber aesthetics. You will also utilize the Adobe Suite and Canva to create designs, ad creatives, and other assets as part of our recruitment initiatives.

In our creative marketing team, you’ll work with Consultants, Practice Leaders, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to bring thoughtfully crafted digital compositions and webpages to life. You will have firsthand experience at our CRM software and be trained on building systems that modernize recruiting and marketing. In addition, you’ll be trained on managing client engagements, see what it's like to be on weekly calls, present updates to our stakeholders, and show your work to our client contacts–all for the end goal of recruiting in the public sector.

As an intern, you will shadow, learn, and be trained by our current staff of consultants, project managers, senior staff, and executive leadership team. You will sit in on client meetings and be invited to projects and initiatives on an as-needed basis. This is a great position that will allow you to gain immersive experience in a fast-paced and exciting industry!

We ideally want you to have:

• A sharp, strategic, creative mind that seeks collaborative solutions
• A clear, detail-oriented track record for keeping projects organized
• A passion for website creation and designing
• Some experience with web design
• Some experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS
• Ability to work and collaborate with minimal direction
• Understanding of design systems
• Some experience in Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator
• Fresh ideas and perspectives
• Excitement in what you do and a desire for growth and training
  
  

We will highly consider you above others if you had:

• Webflow experience
• Experience with Javascript or jQuery
• UX/UI experience related to wire framing and mapping website
• Ability to present work to clients
• Ability to participate and lead meetings with various clients and stakeholders
• Video, or motion graphic experience

COMPENSATION

The position has an hourly rate of $18/hour. Expect to work between 10-20 hours a week based on project availability.
