What You Will Do
As a mid-level Project Manager/Market Research Consultant, you balance a passion for big-picture systemic thinking with a keen eye for details. In this role, you’ll primarily use your understanding and expertise in data analysis, market research, data visualization, and statistical reporting to assist in recruitment initiative with your various assigned clients. As part of our analytical marketing team, you’ll work with Practice Leaders, Directors, Project Managers, and other recruitment consultants to bring thoughtfully crafted digital compositions, marketing collateral, and reports to life. You will be expected to work with data to create outputs and actionable recommendations, run reports, utilize our CRM technology and other process improvement products, effectively manage client workload, and coordinate all client deliverables. In addition, you’ll use Webflow to develop visual systems, components, webpages, and interactions for various clients–all for the end goal of recruiting in the public sector.
Your main responsibilities:
- Data analysis using secondary data, surveys, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, and other research methodology
- Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop insightful, effective data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with creative and strategic teams.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help achieve their business goals.
- Act as a bridge between the client and our internal team, translating client requirements into clear briefs for creative and strategic departments.
- Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets, taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure delivery of high-quality work within scope.
- Expand business opportunities with existing clients by identifying new revenue streams and cross-selling the agency's services.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the consultant team, encouraging continuous learning and growth.
- Keep up to date of industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct regular account reviews and reports with senior management and clients to demonstrate campaign results and ROI
We want you to have:
- Interest in data analytics, market research, and process mapping through data driven solutions
- UX/UI design experience to conduct process mapping, workflows, and front-end and back-end systems
- A sharp, strategic, consultative mind that seeks collaborative solutions
- Some experience with Webflow, Wordpress, or another website platform
- Demonstrated experience with Python, RStudio, Stata, (or other coding language software), JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS
- Ability to work and collaborate with minimal direction
- Understanding of marketing, advertising, and design systems
- Experience in Adobe Suite, Canva, and/or Figma
- Fresh ideas and perspectives
- Excitement in what you do and a desire for growth
- A sense of ownership over projects and excitement to dive in
- A user-first perspective
We will highly consider you above others if you had:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or higher, in engineering, data sciences, management, social science, STEM fields, advertising/marketing, or other related field
- Experience with client work and other project management roles
- Experience with Zapier, Javascript, or jQuery
- UX/UI Experience related to wire framing and mapping website
- Ability to present work to clients
- Ability to lead meetings with various clients and stakeholders
- Ad design, video, or motion graphic experience
COMPENSATION
The position has a salary of $55,000-$65,000 a year. In addition to your salary, we award quarterly bonuses (four times a year) that are commensurate with your performance within the company and our work with clients.
