What You Will Do
At All-Star Talent, your video editing skills will be pivotal in shaping narratives that showcase the genuine and human side of law enforcement professionals. Your creative skills will transform raw footage into compelling documentary-style content, steering away from the conventional and towards narratives that resonate with the community. Your role will be crucial in crafting videos that not only break stereotypes but also forge meaningful connections with our audience, revealing the real stories behind public safety professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit photos and videos to client’s standards after videographer/photographer onsite visits with clients
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and work on compelling recruitment photos and videos
- Collaborate closely with our team to develop strategic video content
- Create impactful video content showcasing our innovative solutions
- Adapt to feedback and devise creative approaches to resonate with our audience
- Uphold consistent quality standards in all created content
- Efficiently upload, organize, and manage video files
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and AfterEffects (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong executional understanding of video editing techniques for creating impactful content
- Ability to repurpose video content effectively for various marketing channels
- Color correction and color grading skills
- Familiarity with best practices for video creation on different platforms
- Comfortable handling multiple editing projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and adapt to changes quickly
- Comfortable asking for feedback and open to exploring different creative directions for projects
- Strong communication skills, both in collaborating with team members and conveying ideas effectively

COMPENSATION
The position will be part-time, hourly contract work. Contractor will work between 5-20 hours a week depending on project availability. Hourly rate will be between $25-40 an hour, and is determined based on experience.
